Our dad and mom brought us kids here the first time several years ago and we have been back with our families many times since. It's our favorite Chinese restaurant. Good memories. Good food.

DECEMBER 2013:
My father arranged a Christmas dinner at Fortune Cuisine for 28 family members. We ordered 19 different Chinese dishes. It was excellent! There was not one single negative comment about the quality of the food or the service. Both were incredible. We had a wonderful time and the occasion will be remember all our lives. Thanks Annie and staff!

"My Asian wife and I ate dinner at Fortune Cuisine two days ago. We had received a menu in the mail and we were a little skeptical about trying yet another new Chinese restaurant, but we decided to give it a try for something new. What a delightful surprise! This restaurant is not the standard, run-of-the-meal Chinese joint. For starters, we received the free cream cheese Fried Wantons and my wife ordered the Pho Noodle Soup and I ordered the Hot & Sour Soup. My wife's soup was enough to feed a small army and she said it was the best Pho soup she had ever tasted. For the main course, I ordered the Chef's Specialty Egg Foo Young. What a meal! I took most of it home because I could only eat a small portion of the giant, delicious meal covered in Shrimp, Chicken, and tender beef. Meanwhile, my wife ordered the Spicy Garlic Chicken. It was another huge portion, obviously made by a professional Chinese chef and not just some locally trained cook. We will definitely be including Fortune Cuisine as one of our favorite, regular spots for dinner, and oh, we estimated that we'd spent over $50 and were pleasantly surprised to see that that the entire meal less than $30, including soft drinks. I'm making myself hungry just by writing about our fine dining experience--and they use NO MSG!

This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant. It's hard to believe they're located in Sandy Utah. The owners are Chinese and obviously take great pride in the food preperation and presentation, but even greater: pride in the taste. The food is easily comparable to good Chinese restaurants in some major cities in the U.S. like San Francisco, LA, New York, and Vancouver. It is easy to relax with friends and family or entertain quests, not pretentious at all . Prices are very good. Try the Combination Dinners and you can't lose. I live out of the State of Utah, but am looking forward to visiting Fortune Cuisine again when I return to ski the Utah slopes again soon.
